Crackerdog: enroll at crackerdog

Step1: Make a reservation for your dog
- Please call (512.263.1114) or email, to make a reservation.
- Please provide your dog's first and last name, breed, weight (or estimation), and your phone number when making reservations.
- Appointments are available for drop off and pick up 8 am to 12 pm and 5 pm to 8 pm Monday through Friday, Saturday 8 am to 12 pm, and Sunday 5 pm to 8 pm

Step 2: Bring or Fax proof of vaccinations
- For the safety of all dogs at Crackerdog, we require Rabies every three years, DHLLP every year (unless proof of a three year vaccination), and Bordatella (Kennel Cough) every year, although most vets recommend it every six months.

Step 3: Fill out forms and sign contract
- It is very important that we know as much information about you and your dog(s) as possible. Please download and fill out the information forms. It seems like we're asking a lot, but this information helps us to provide better care for your dog(s). Thanks for understanding.
- Please note, owners of unaltered female dogs must consult Crackerdog and sign a separate contract before enrolling.
